Jose Auriemo Neto
For an extended period, Jose Auriemo Neto has served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JHSF. He joined the company in 1993, and by creating the parking lot department for JHSF, he managed to come up with the Companies Service Department. Jose was then elected as the CEO of JHSF in 2003, the position which he held up to 2014. Besides being the CEO of JHSF, Jose was part of the Board of Executive officers of the same company since March 26, 2009.
Jose began the Shopping center department after obtaining the jurisdiction to start and grow the current shopping center, Santa Cruz. He was the man behind its management and implementation of all the managerial skills that ensured the shopping center gained lots of profits.
Since its launch in 1972, JHSF has been able to ensure the progress in Real Estate Business in the Brazilian Economy.
